Our culinary specialties

Our Head Chef has created a special traditional Christmas Eve menu that combines Polish flavors with a modern touch. The tables will feature classics essential to the holiday: red borscht with dumplings, mushroom soup with noodles, carp, and pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms. Alongside these, you will find lighter, contemporary dishes like baked cod or salmon in lemon sauce, or poultry roulade with spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta. Christmas cakes, coffee, and dried fruit compote will also be served.

For this special evening, we will prepare a room decorated with festive accents – elegant Christmas trees, cozy lighting, table centerpieces, and subtle background music will create a warm, Christmas atmosphere.
