In February 2026, the world was touched by the moving story of a young Japanese macaque – Punch the Monkey. After being rejected by his mother, the little monkey found comfort in a plush orangutan, hugging it to feel safe. Thanks to the caretakers' care, Punch was hand-reared and quickly won the hearts of people worldwide.
This story inspired us to create a special space for our youngest guests.
